Each STORM Bootcamp workout is evenly split between three training components - Pace, Pump and Punch - to ensure you build full-body strength and endurance with safe, natural movements. With live heart rate monitoring and highly trained trainers guiding you every step of the way, we guarantee that you'll be able to focus on yourself and your personal training zone throughout your full-body workout.
Book courseSTORM Bootcamp TUFF is a slightly modified version of our signature bootcamp, replacing the treadmills with a combination of Assault bikes and ski ergometers, reducing the duration of the workout from 50 minutes to 35 minutes.By replacing the treadmills, a smaller space can be optimally used with the same training effect. The Assault bikes provide a more intensive workout than the ski ergometers, which are essentially a rowing machine in a standing position.
